Chris Harnan (b.1990, Reigate, England) currently lives and works in London, U.K.
Known for his abstract illustration & paintings, Harnan works with both digital and traditional mediums. The artist and illustrator communicates through his artwork with dots, patterns and shapes in non-pictorial ways. Thus, creating a dialogue between visuals and emotions in the simplest manner possible.
Much of Harnan’s work involves reducing and streamlining the work which brings elements to its purest form. Through this approach, he is able to have a more direct way of communicating through colour, kinetic gestures, simple symbols and characters and words.
