Shipping

109 Inc. ships tracked internationally and domestically. Customer is responsible for any local fees / duty taxes upon delivery.

Return / Cancellation

All sales are final. We do not accept any refunds / cancellations. Claims on damaged orders must be made within 48 hours of receiving the package, with photographs.

Certificate of Authenticity

For editions, the invoice issued by 109 Inc. and the artist's signature serves as authentication. 109 Inc. will issue COA’s for releases at our own on discretion.
